How long wil it take for my item(s) to reach me?
We ship out every Tuesday and Friday. Please allow the maximum postage time for the items to reach you. All orders that are paid for via check/money order or cashiers check please allow longer shipping time of 5-10 business days. All checks must clear before merchandise can be shipped from our warehouse.

Our store accepts the following payment types: check, paypal ([email protected]) money order & C.O.D. Please note: customers who pay for merchandise by check or money orders must allow an extra 5-10 business days for delivery. For Conference Payments made by check you will receive your confirmation when the check is cleared

My CD/DVD is not playing properly, What can I do?
Please check your connections first. If that doesnt work, not a problem, call our customer service department at 206-312-0548. We will gladly send you a duplicate copy and we will pay for the shipping. please note- send us the defective copy to our Warehouse. Post office at PO Box 904 Greenbelt, MD 20768

How will I know when my item has left your warehouse?
You will receive an email and/or a telephone call informing you that your merchandise has been shipped. Most orders are being shipped from our Maryland location.
